BUYING
PLACING AN ORDER
To accommodate many growing businesses wanting to avoid the high prices at retail but unable to meet the large purchasing requirements of buying wholesale, Fiberfolio has created a perfect opportunity by establishing three distinct levels of buying..
With a minimum initial purchase of $200 and submission of your resale certification or tax identification, you become a Fiberfolio customer and enjoy all the benefits of receiving quick delivery and excellent customer service.
PLATINUM: Order of $1000 or more.
GOLD: Order of $500 or more.
SILVER: Order of $200 or more.
Minimum for reorders: $75
PLEASE NOTE: All prices are based on volume discounts: the SILVER LEVEL. For GOLD LEVEL ($500+) and PLATINUM LEVEL ($1000+) purchases, please request a price list with this link click here
COLOR CARDS
Color cards may be purchased at $5 each. With a purchase of $50+ of a yarn associated with a purchased color card, the $5 will be refunded to your account or waived with your order.
PAYMENT
Payment is anticipated prior to shipment by VISA, Mastercard, Amex or PayPal.
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS daily. However we will honor customer requests for other carriers and will select FEDEX Ground when appropriate for larger orders. At this time, we do not ship outside the Continental U.S.
To estimate your charges in advance, you can visit www.usps.com and enter your zip code and ours (19143). Please remember that the total weight will include weight of the carton.
RETURNS
We cannot accept any returns except for shipping error or damage. In such an event, please send an email to inform us of the situation and we will respond promptly.
